Ana

Ana, based in Bonn, Germany, is a 500hr RYT yoga and meditation teacher, Cacao Facilitator, Reiki Master, sound healer, and spiritual mentor. Brazilian-born, Ana has studied and practiced yoga with various teachers and has embraced meditation and energy healing since childhood.

It was only after a bike accident that resulted in a broken femur and a 5-hour emergency surgery that Ana, who was almost experiencing depression, discovered her way back to walking and recovered from both her physical and emotional trauma.

Ana used the power of meditation, self-healing, and yoga to recover from her physical and emotional trauma. This experience deepened her connection to yoga, making it a cornerstone of her self-discovery journey.

Yoga brought the missing pieces of the self - discovery path in her life. 

 

For Ana, yoga practice on the mat is a sacred space where she finds connection and flow, leading to effortless living, synchronicity, and love as the guiding force. As your teacher, Ana strives to help you reconnect with your truth, body, mind, heart, and soul, empowering you to manifest the life of your dreams.

 

Consistency is key for Ana, and she believes that showing up every day makes each moment sacred. Through her teachings, she encourages you to find your uniqueness, embrace the sacredness in everyday life, and share your light with others.
